The night was dark except for a few bright white lights moving at a fairly quick pace between the numerous trees in one of the few non-republic controlled Jungle sectors of Kotganthor. The small team of 30 of the Paar Republic’s best soldiers had nearly made it to the entrance of the Glenn’s underground tunnel system.

“Move in quietly, shards up front. I want this operation to go down with as little contact as possible with the hostiles!” said the Teams leader. He was about 5 foot 5, the largest one in the group. His name was Master Sergeant Kraah a veteran of the Paar’s galactic expansion campaign, and one of the few Paar in the division to have participated in every expansion into the Glenn territory on Kotganthor. He peered down and spotted a large clearing in the trees, flood lights filled the area marking one of the many roads through the trees that lead to other above ground enterances into the Glenn’s enormous hive system honeycombing this entire quadrant of the planet.

Peering through the trees, trying to stay as concealed as possible to any guards that might be waiting outside, Kraah counted six of the large humanoid creatures. A much higher number of guards than they had expected at what recon had marked as a Grub Farm.

Kraah motioned to his troops, splitting their numbers in two to surround the clearing, the Glenn didn’t know they were there, with that element of surprise they might just be able to clear the entrance without alerting the possible up to fifty other soldiers that had been spotted entering and exiting this hive. The sergeant looked at his tactical map, all but three of his troops had made it into their positions and had switched their status beacons to green. Kraah shifted to get a good vantage point on one of the Glenn with his Shard rifle and checked his Map again, All good to go. He lifted his hand to signal the rest of his troops to open fire, but was interrupted by the loud rumbling of a Transport vehicle headed into the clearing. “Damn” thought Kraah, as he watched an additional squad of 5 Glenn unload from the vehicle and begin carrying large boxes of supplies into the entrance of the Hive.

Kraah’s radio chirped, it was his second in command on the other side of the clearing. “Sir, those unloading the boxes are not warrior caste Glenn, they will not interfere with the mission, should we proceed?” he asked. Kraah paused for a second, unsure what to do. He had been in engagements before and had seen civilians cause just as much, if not more damage than warriors on several occations. At the same time, however, this group was unarmed and encumbered by large crates, they wouldn’t be able to get away before being gunned down, carrying those.

“We proceed as planned. just create an alien species... describe what they look like (there can be several kinds of species on a planet)
text based battles....

no instant kill battles

bad battle
(Luck's fleet finally reached Austin's homeworld and destroyed everything!)

good battle
(Luck's fleet reached Austin's planet and a huge battle took place... matts battleships fired huge barrages of their gravitational bending weapons while augor's fleet fired their superlasers)

then austin resopnds
(the battle was raging fiercely and in the end he was able to fight off Luck's fleet)

i respond
(Luck was shocked by the ferocity of augor's defence... but still sent in the second wave... hoping to destroy anything thatw as left alive)

austin then says
(as Luck attacked with his second wave he knew he was doomed... but he fired all of his weapons into the mass.. hoping to get a kill or two)

just have fun... remember your the commander/ emperor!

(only 1 person can be humans... humans are the only ones with nuclear weapons (to give them a chance))

but try to build up the suspense.... after 15 posts the fighting can begin.. but its build up untill then! alliances/ fleet building after 5 posts! (each)
